1. Acceptance
By accessing gazellehk.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Services
The Site is a B2B platform for custom headwear OEM/ODM. Information is for inquiry generation only — no automated price quotes, no checkout, no consumer retail.
3. Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a contract. A binding agreement requires a signed PI / contract from both parties.
4. Designs & IP
You retain all rights to your uploaded artwork. We treat all submitted designs as confidential trade secrets and do not reuse them for other clients. We reserve the right to refuse content that infringes on third-party IP, violates law, or includes hate symbols.
5. Member Privileges
Members see new product releases. We may modify the privilege rules at any time. Free accounts may be suspended for fraud, spam, or abuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages exceeding the value of any active sales contract.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Disputes go to Hong Kong courts.
